Any Reference to “we”, “us” or “our” are references to Wincore Ltd, trading as Fanny Adams Traditional Sweet Shop. We are a registered company in England & Wales.

 

Sweets & Gifts

We are always very careful when adding the correct details onto the website, so we can provide you with accurate details as a consumer. However, all photos that may be shown are for illustrative purposes only. Most of the time the sweets will be as described, but every now and then we may need to use different manufacturers for our sweets. If this could be a problem, please don’t hesitate to drop us a message or get in touch as we will be happy to accommodate in any way that we can.

All ingredients shown are provided straight from the manufactures, and we work hard to make sure that they are correct to the best of out knowledge. All items included in orders will also be provided with ingredients/allergen information so you can check again when you receive your order.

Due to the different manufacturers/wholesalers used we are unable to guarantee that the products will be free from traces of nuts.

 

Purchasing

Please note that some of the prices listed on our website may be different to the prices of products inside out stores. All prices displayed on the website will be the prices charged when ordering via the Fanny Adams website.

 

Payments

We use PayPal for all payments taken through this website. We have decided to use this method as it is widely recognised as a safe and secure process for you as a customer and us as a seller. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use this method of payment as you can just fill your card details in as normal.

If for any reason you cannot use PayPal as a method of payment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will be happy to help wherever possible.

 

Shipping & Handling

In store, we will work hard to make sure that you get your orders delivered as quickly as possible, so we aim for all of our items to be dispatched from the store within 2/3 working days, hopefully even quicker. If we are very busy at the time you order the products, the delivery time could possibly be longer than normal, but please rest assured, we are doing everything that we can to get your items to you as soon as possible.

When advising on delivery time, we usually say within 2-3 working days from dispatch, please note that weekends/bank holidays do not count as working days.

If you do not receive your order in the expected time, please do feel free to contact us and let us know.

All delivery times are based on UK mainland Only. If you are not based within the Uk mainland area, the delivery could take longer than expected

 

Cancellations

We dispatch your sweets/gifts as soon as we can after we have received payment confirmation, at this point the contract is confirmed and the order cannot be cancelled. We will confirm the dispatch of your items Via E-mail as soon as possible.

Before we have dispatched the order and payment has been confirmed/received, the contract is not in place, so at that point the order can be cancelled or rejected by us or yourselves. 

This is different in the case that you order something to be specifically made to order. As soon as we have sent the confirmation of order over to yourselves, in this situation, the order cannot be cancelled, as it may have already been in the production process

 

Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, we are then unable to change the delivery address or details, so please do take care in ensuring that the correct details have been provided when ordering online.

Unless specified by yourselves, any delivery sent by courier can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Delays due to weather conditions, postal strikes, acts of god or terrorism are beyond our control & due to this we do not offer a guaranteed delivery date. And therefore we are not liable for any costs incurred due to delays.

 

Stock availability

If we do not have stock of a selected/ordered sweet, we will try to source the sweet from a different manufacturer. If this is not possible we will substitute the sweet for a suitable alternative, or add more of the other selected sweets into the gifts.

If we think that the sweets will be available in a short waiting period, we will be in touch to see if you are happy to wait.

If either of these is not possible, we will be in contact with yourselves, to either arrange a change or offer a cancellation.

 

Bulk Buying

Whilst we may not list some bulk buying options on the website, we are open to providing bulk buying options. If you do want more information on this please don’t hesitate to get in touch and enquire.

 

Returns Policy

We will always do out best to ensure the safe delivery of your products, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please do contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods & return the products in its unopened & original packaging, with a copy of your order & details of why you have returned the items.

Due to the nature of the items, we are unable to offer a refund on items that are opened or not in the original packaging. Any products rejected due to damage must be returned before a refund can be given, you will firstly be required to send us a photo of the damage before you send the item back to us.

If damage has occurred in delivery (Eg, chocolate melting) please do not accept the delivery. We will not be held liable for any damage that has occurred in the delivery/transport of gifts.

Goods that are sent to us must be sent via signed delivery. We will not be held responsible for any goods that are lost in transit.
