Delivery Details

At Fanny Adams Traditional Sweet Shop, we aim to provide the best possible service in the quickest way possible! This is true for our shop in Kingswinford, as well as when we are delivering to customers across the UK. For this reason, we choose to use Royal Mail as well as courier services to get your sweets and gifts to you!

 

We aim to get all of our gifts out to customers within 2-3 business days wherever possible (excluding bank holidays). To do this we use:

 

Royal Mail (2nd Class)
  • We use Royal mail to deliver most of our smaller parcels, aiming to get the gifts to your door within 2-3 business days
Courier Services
  • We use these services mainly for the larger parcels that we deliver, including our Sweet Bouquets
Local Delivery/Pick up
  • Fanny Adams Sweet Shop is based in Kingswinford in the West Midlands, if you do live locally you can always come and see us in store and collect your gifts personally, or we would be happy to deliver ourselves if not too far away

 

If the nature of your delivery is more urgent, please do contact us and we will be happy to help get your gifts to you as quickly as possible

To ensure that all sweets and gifts ordered reach you in the best possible condition, some items will have a minimum postage cost:

 

Small/Medium Jars & Medium boxed items – £3.99

Hampers, Bouquets, Large Jars and Large boxes – £6.99
